Fiancé/Fiancée - K-1

You may apply for a K1 visa for your fiancé/fiancée and K1 or K3 for your spouse. If you are here on a temporary visa such as H-1B1 then you can apply for a temporary visa such as H-4 for your dependents.

United States Citizenship

To qualify for naturalization under Section 319(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), you must have been a green card holder (permanent resident) for at least three years or must have been married to a U.S. citizen for a period of three years.

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

The Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced on June 15, 2012, that individuals who had entered the United States as children and who meet the guidelines set forth by the DHS may request consideration of deferred action for a period of two years, subject to renewal. Qualified individuals may also be eligible for work authorization.

Asylum

People from all over the world apply for asylum in the United States every year. They come to the United States because they are either persecuted or fear being persecuted for their race, practicing their religion, or their political or social affiliations in the country of their residence. The eligible asylum applicant may be granted permission to remain in the United States.

U Visa - Victims of Crime

The United States Congress passed the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act (including the Battered Immigrant Women’s Protection Act) in 2000.

Consular Processing

This is the process that is used by immigrants that reside outside the United States or those who are ineligible to adjust their status in the United States.

Green Card

You may petition for a Green Card for your spouse, children, and siblings based on a preferential basis. If you are a US green card holder (Permanent Resident), you can apply for permanent residency for your Spouse and children. Please see here on our website for further information.
